Shop selling 'Naperville STRONG', #InThisTogetherNaperville T-shirts

A downtown Naperville business is selling "Naperville STRONG" T-shirts in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, the protests over the police killing of George Floyd in Minneapolis and the looting of several downtown shops during a protest June 1.

Joellen Elam's shop London Skye is selling the blue T-shirts, which also say "#InThisTogetherNaperville," on its website at https://mylondonskye.myshopify.com/ for $38. Elam already has reordered the shirts after her initial stock sold out.

Elam plans to donate one T-shirt to the Naper Settlement, which is forming a collection commemorating the pandemic and related events.

She also plans to donate some of the proceeds from "Naperville STRONG" T-shirt sales to the Safe 'n Sound program of the Naperville YMCA, which has been offering child care for essential workers at Edward Hospital in Naperville.
