Grant writing webinar for nonprofits set for June 30

Registration is open for the Building Stronger Grant Applications webinar from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday, June 30.

Offered by Volunteer Center McHenry County and Northern Illinois University's Civic Leadership Academy, the webinar will examine how to make grant applications more compelling.

The session will be led by Bob Marovich, an independent grant writer with more than 30 years of nonprofit development experience. Participants will explore topics including: how to set reasonable and achievable goals and outcomes, determining what to measure and what not to measure, and defining what personnel are critical to setting and meeting goals and objectives.
