Chicago Executive Airport seeks donations for Wheeling Township food pantry

Chicago Executive Airport, which is co-owned by Wheeling and Prospect Heights, is hosting a food drive through late Friday afternoon, April 24. Benefiting the Wheeling Township food pantry, donations of nonperishable items, such as beans, cereal, tuna and peanut butter, are wanted. Airport officials said donations should be left in a box at Chicago Executive's front entrance at 1020 Plant Road in Wheeling. The donations are accepted from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. by a green canopy.
