Gurnee Legion to host all-you-can-eat breakfast for Valentine's Day

The Gurnee American Legion Post 771 and Gurnee American Legion Women's Auxiliary Unit 771 will host an all-you-can-eat breakfast on Sunday, Feb. 9, to celebrate Valentine's Day. Volunteers will cook pancakes, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage and bacon for hungry diners. Milk, juice, coffee and tea will also be served. Children under 6 eat free, tickets for children 6 to 12 are $6 and everyone 13 and over must pay $8. Diners can get a $1 discount if they bring food that can be donated to the Gurnee Community Food Bank. The event will run from 7:30 a.m. to noon at Gurnee American Legion Post 771 at 749 Milwaukee Ave. in Gurnee.
