Year-round school in Des Plaines offering online applications

The year-round Iroquois Community School in Des Plaines will introduce an online submission form for student applications for the 2020-2021 school year.

Online applications will be accessed via the Iroquois website https://iroquois.d62.org/ from Feb. 4 through April 15. Parents will be notified by May 15 whether or not their child has been accepted to Iroquois for the 2020-2021 school year.

Enrollment will continue to be based on space availability within class size limitations. Those who have siblings currently in the school are given first priority.

Students entering kindergarten will need to register at their home school, based on their home address. Kindergarten registration for incoming students is from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Feb. 4.

Iroquois Community School is a kindergarten through 8th grade year-round (balanced calendar) public elementary school, which serves approximately 490 students.
