Barrington man dies in Oakwood Hills crash
A 21-year-old Barrington man died after a crash Thursday night on Rawson Bridge Road east of Brittany Drive in Oakwood Hills.
A 2013 Land Rover LR4 that was eastbound on Rawson Bridge Road about 10:20 p.m. crossed into the westbound lane, left the road and struck a tree, according to a news release Friday from the McHenry County sheriff's office.
The driver, whose name has not been released, was pronounced dead at the scene. No one else was in the vehicle.
The crash is still under investigation.
