Open house on Russell Road project
A public open house regarding the proposed study of Russell Road at the intersections of Kilbourne Road, Kenosha Road, and Lewis Avenue will be held from 5 to 7 p.m., Wednesday, Dec. 4 at the Winthrop Harbor Community Center, 1520 7th St. The Lake County Department of Transportation project to improve safety along the road will be introduced and planning process and schedule explained. Attendees can come at any time during the open house and provide feedback about existing conditions and concerns in the area.
