Batavia festival features variety of Halloween-themed activities

BatFest, an annual Halloween-themed family event in Batavia, attracted hundreds of people Saturday.

The event included downtown trick-or-treating, music, a parade, costume contests for humans and pets, a pumpkin roll, a pumpkin carving contest and other activities. It was held in conjunction with the final outdoor farmers market of the season.
