Sheriff asks for help finding Elk Grove Twp. man accused of aggravated battery
The Cook County sheriff is asking for the public's help finding a man wanted for aggravated battery, officials said Thursday.
An arrest warrant was issued Oct. 7 for Jose A. Garcia-Rumualdo of unincorporated Elk Grove Township. He stands about 5-feet-4-inches tall, weighs about 155 pounds, and has short black or dark brown hair, according to a news release.
Garcia-Rumualdo last lived on the 500 block of Touhy Avenue near Des Plaines, but officials said he's believed to be connected to Texas and California.
Anyone with information about his whereabouts should call 911 or the Cook County sheriff's police at (847) 635-1188.
