Vaping town hall in Libertyville

A town hall meeting to address concerns related to vaping and e-cigarette products is scheduled for 7 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 17, in the Libertyville High School auditorium at 708 W. Park Ave. in Libertyville. The meeting, hosted by State Rep. Mary Edly-Allen, of Libertyville,

will feature local experts, including Lake County State's Attorney Michael Nerheim, Mundelein Chief of Police Eric Guenther, Respiratory Health Association Director of Health Policy Matt Maloney, and Tobacco Products Program Coordinator of Lake County Lea Bacci. Each panelist will present information on vape products, and time will be allowed for questions from the audience. The event is free and open to the public.
