Batavia man charged with solicitation of a sexual act
A Batavia man was charged with misdemeanor solicitation of a sexual act, officials said Monday.
The Batavia Police Department received reports Aug. 31 from a woman who said she was completing contracted work Aug. 29 at 69-year-old Lester M. Yesnick's home in the 2000 block of Wagner Road when he offered her money to perform a sexual act with him, police said. She refused and left the home.
After investigating, police charged Yesnick with misdemeanor solicitation of a sexual act and misdemeanor disorderly conduct, according to the release.
