Stevenson junior wins teen prize

Stevenson High School junior Victoria Blair Rhemrev has been crowned Miss Illinois Teen USA, the Lincolnshire school announced. She won the prize Sept. 2 at Illinois State University. Rhemrev, of Long Grove, will represent Illinois at the Miss Teen USA competition in spring 2020. She was second runner-up in last year's contest.
