Creepy critters art show
Submissions for Beloved Creepy Critters, an art show for kids aged 4 to 13, are being accepted until Sept. 6 at Volo Bog State Natural Area, 28478 W. Brandenburg Road, Ingleside. Examples of creepy animals include but are not limited to snakes, bugs or rodents. The show aims to raise awareness of the beauty these critters possess. All mediums, including paintings, drawings, sculptures, photographs, songs, poems, and jewelry, are accepted. All art must be delivered in person to the Volo Bog's Visitor Center with a completed submission form. The show runs from Sept. 13 to Oct. 6.
