Mount Prospect family bike ride Saturday
The Mount Prospect Special Events Commission is sponsoring a family bike ride on Saturday, Aug. 17, at Melas Park, 1500 W. Central Road.
On-site registration is available starting at 9 a.m., with the ride kickoff at 9:30 a.m. A free raffle drawing will be held at 11 a.m. The bike ride will offer three different paths - 1, 5, or 10 miles. For more information, visit www.mountprospect.org.
