Barrington library with free program 'Demystifying Bipolar Disorder'

Barrington Area Library District will host a free program "Demystifying Bipolar Disorder." Set for 7 p.m. Wednesday, July 24, the session will be led by NAMI Barrington Area and is expected to help participants understand the difference between moodiness and a mood disorder. There also will be information on how bipolar symptoms manifest in young adults, along with effective strategies to facilitate long-term stability and tips for supporting loved ones.
