Knit and crochet drop in at the Adler Center, Libertyville

A Knit & Crochet Drop-in will be held from 9:30 a.m. to noon Saturday, June 1, at the David Adler Music & Arts Center, 1700 N. Milwaukee Ave., Libertyville. All ages and beginners are welcome to help stich 8-inch squares in red, white and blue acrylic yarn. Contributions created independently in knitting and crochet groups are also welcome. The work is in advance of Coloring Day, June 22, when trees, benches and fences in Cook Park and downtown Libertyville will be wrapped in colorful yarns through summer. Follow on Facebook @Wrapped in Art-Libertyville or visit the events tab at http://www.adlercenter.org/ for details.
