Go to Dunn Museum, get a free comic book

The Dunn Museum in Libertyville is offering a special treat to visitors Saturday to coincide with Free Comic Book Day, an international promotion celebrated at comic book stores and libraries. The first 100 visitors will receive a free comic book, courtesy of Dreamland Comics in Libertyville. Additionally, museum visitors are encouraged to dress as their favorite comic book characters. The museum's main exhibit, "Marvelocity: The Art of Alex Ross" celebrates one of the premier artists in the business. The museum, 1899 W. Winchester Road, is open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Admission is $6 for adults or $3 for children, students and senior citizens.
