Adoption and Foster Care Information Fair in Libertyville

In an effort to address the shortage of foster families, Let It Be Us is holding an Adoption and Foster Care Information Fair on Saturday, May 4, in Libertyville.

The event runs from 10 a.m. to noon at the Libertyville Civic Center, 135 West Church St., Libertyville.

This town hall-style event features a panel of experts, as well as agencies offering foster care licenses, which is the first step to becoming a foster or adoptive parent. The event will also feature time for questions and answers.

The Adoption & Foster Care Information Fair is free and open to the public, and there is no cost to become a foster or adoptive parent. Those who wish to attend can register at www.letitbeus.org/events. For more information, contact Susan Stoga at susan@carsonstoga.com.
