Voting until April 14 for Arlington Heights community read

Arlington Heights Memorial Library patrons can vote for one of three books that will be chosen as this year's One Book, One Village community read.

It's the first time the library has solicited the community to help pick a title. Until April 14, votes on the three books can be made at ahml.info/voteonebook, in the library's Marketplace, on the bookmobile, or at the Senior Center.

The titles are: "Behold The Dreamers" by Imbolo Mbue, "The Feather Thief: Beauty Obsession and the Natural History Heist of the Century" by Kirk Wallace Johnson and "The Great Believers" by Rebecca Makkai.

All three books are available in multiple formats at the library, and the author of the selected title will visit Arlington Heights this fall, officials said.
