What are the most important issues facing your community and how do you intend to address them?

Infrastructure and development are the most important issue facing our community. Repairs and upkeep of our streets and sewers need attention and continuing to bring new residential, commercial and retail development in order to increase the tax base without raising property taxes.

What makes you the best candidate for the job?

My twenty five years of an experience as a Commissioner and Trustee

Describe your leadership style and explain how you think will be effective in producing actions and decisions with your village board or city council.

I am consensus builder which allows me the ability to see all sides of an issue.

How would you describe the condition of your communities budget and what are the most important specific actions the town should take to assure providing the level of services people want?

The financial condition of our community is strong. We should continue pursuing development of our residential. commercial and retail base in order to address our necessary infrastructure needs without raising property taxes
