Martin Luther King Remembrance April 4 in Hoffman Estates

The Illinois Commission on Diversity and Human Relations (ICDHR) will hold its 2nd annual Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Remembrance and Commemoration Service at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, April 4, at Destiny Church, 325 Illinois Blvd. in Hoffman Estates.

The purpose of the service is to remember Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr, who was killed 51 years ago on April 4, 1968.

Music will be provided by the internationally known gospel choir Joo-duh, which has performed around the world.

The service is open to the public.
