Railroad club features coal and ore trains at Fremont library

The North Central 'O' Gaugers Model Railroad Club held its monthly public run Saturday at the Fremont Public Library in Mundelein. This month's event featured coal and ore trains.

Members of the club bring and operate their trains for around 600 visitors and library patrons. The O scale, three-loop layout features Lionel trains, MTH, K-Line and Williams by Bachmann engines. The club also holds special runs throughout the year with circus, Halloween and winter wonderland themes.
