Get fitness tips at Palatine Public Library District program

Palatine Public Library District will host an adult program devoted to fitness. Set from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 17, visitors to the free program can learn about the benefits of working with a personal trainer, how to set goals and ways to stay motivated. The tips will come from personal trainer Jen Lewellen. To sign up, call (847) 358-5881, ext. 167 or visit palatinelibrary.org.
