Volunteer for homeless count
Volunteers are needed for the 2018 Point-In-Time Homeless Count to search for, interview, and offer help to unsheltered people experiencing homelessness in Lake County, beginning at 10 p.m. Jan. 24 and into the early morning Jan. 25. Volunteers will help document the need in Lake County communities and serve as the "boots on the ground" to connect individuals with the resources they need. To register, visit lakecountyil.gov.
