Register to play ball or umpire in Libertyville
Online registration to play baseball or umpire during the 2019 Libertyville Little League spring and summer seasons opens Saturday Dec. 1.
Boys and girls ages five to 18 years can register to play baseball and young adults 13 and over can preregister for summer jobs by Sept. 1. Little League umpires can earn $15 to $25 per game, depending on experience. Training will be provided.
Would-be umpires ages 13-16 must print a "Letter Of Intent" from the website and complete an Illinois Work Permit form with their junior high or high school guidance counselor. Background checks are required and performed for all umpires 16 years old and older. Visit libertyvillebaseball.org.
