How do you feel about legalizing recreational marijuana?

J.B. Pritzker says he wants to make legalization of recreational marijuana in Illinois one of his first orders of business when he becomes governor in January. Should our state rush to join the 10 states - including Colorado, Oregon, Vermont and, just this week, Michigan - that have decided to permit people to possess marijuana for personal use? If so, what should be the rules and limits? We want to know what you think.
