Feder: With job cuts looming, Tribune Publishing offers buyouts to staff

As the parent company of the Chicago Tribune continues to seek a buyer, a new round of job cuts is the on the way, reports Robert Feder.

In an email to managers and editors Friday, Tribune Publishing announced a companywide voluntary buyout plan as a possible precursor to "further workforce reductions."
