Meet with Elk Grove police chief over coffee Wednesday
Elk Grove Village Police Chief Chuck Walsh will meet with residents to discuss community concerns Wednesday morning during National Coffee with a Cop Day.
Walsh will be joined by other members of the police department from 9 to 11 a.m. at Panera Bread, 90 Biesterfield Road.
The U.S. Department of Justice's Office of Community Oriented Policing Services in 2016 established the first Wednesday in October as National Coffee with a Cop Day.
