Arlington Heights held its annual Picnic in the Park event Friday night at North School Park.

The event included Dave Rudolf's children's show in the late afternoon, then Mike Sigman's Piano Man Productions, featuring the music of Elton John and Billy Joel, in the early evening.

Some people brought their own food, while others bought items from a food truck.
