A burglary suspect was arrested Thursday night near Lake Villa following a search that involved a police dog, Lake County sheriff's police said.

The burglary was reported about 10 p.m. on the 20000 block of West Siena Drive. A man called police and said he saw someone breaking into his camper. The suspect fled before police arrived, but a deputy working with a police dog tracked and found him.

Michael Fritz, 44, who police said doesn't have a permanent address, was charged with felony residential burglary and taken to Lake County jail.
