Spend an evening with Teddy Roosevelt at BACT fundraiser

Tickets remain available for the Barrington Area Conservation Trust event featuring Teddy Roosevelt impersonator Joe Wiegand at 7 p.m. Tuesday, May 22, at the Sanfilippo Carousel Pavilion in Barrington Hills.

The $130 ticket price for members and $150 for nonmembers includes dinner, drinks and entertainment, as well as the opportunity to tour the steam engines housed in the Carousel Pavilion. Guests also will have a chance to ride the carousel.

Wiegand, who will arrive in character, has been featured as President Roosevelt in "The Men Who Built America" on the History Channel. He also has appeared at the White House.

Tickets to the nonprofit's fundraiser may be purchased at bactrust.org. John and Meredith Klaas are the evening's sponsors.
