Report: Woman testifies that 'violent pimp' from Naperville forced her into sex trade

A woman described her life as a prostitute under the control of a "violent pimp" during testimony in the federal sex trafficking trial Thursday of Benjamin "Beanz" Biancofiori of Naperville, according to a report in the Chicago Sun-Times.

The woman testified Thursday at the Dirksen Federal Courthouse, saying she worked seven days a week and saw eight or nine clients a day, with the $1,250 to $2,000 she made a day going to Biancofiori.

"There was no way out," she told jurors.

Biancofiori is accused of spending nine years as a pimp, using money, drugs, mind games and vicious beatings to control his young, vulnerable victims. He has pleaded not guilty.

The woman told jurors Biancofiori controlled practically every aspect of her life - how much heroin she could use every day, how much she could spend on food, and how often she worked for him. She said he hit her, threatened her family and even took her Social Security card and birth certificate.

"I had nowhere to go, nowhere to hide," the woman said.
