Grayslake history program

The Grayslake Historical Society will host a program about the Grayslake Fire Department at 7 p.m., Wednesday, April 14 on Facebook Live, according to a news release from the organization.

"Challenging Conflagrations and Capable Chiefs: Stories of the Grayslake Fire Department" will be presented by historical society board member Jane Trump. She will focus on five notable fires in the village's history and four long-serving chiefs who have led the department.
