Time for Holidays on the Town in Palatine

Holidays on the Town returns to downtown Palatine on Friday, Nov. 17.

There will be 23 businesses participating in the kickoff to the holiday season with demonstrations, giveaways, wine tastings and hors d'oeuvres from 5 to 9 p.m. that day in the event presented by the Downtown Palatine Business Association. The association's trolley will be available to ferry guests around the area.

"All 23 participating businesses are excited to share their offerings with the community during this exciting event," said John Ruetsche, co-owner of Harrington Manor. "Holidays on the Town is always a hit with local and area residents, and a great way to showcase everything downtown Palatine has to offer."

Holidays on the Town passports are required to attend and ride the holiday trolley. They cost $5 and are available at several locations in Palatine. Visit downtownpalatine.org for more information.
