Affordable Care enrollment help
Moraine Township will once again offer residents assistance to enroll for health insurance under the Affordable Care Act.
Open enrollment for 2018 has been shortened to 45 days, from Nov. 1 to Dec. 15. Trained and certified counselors are available to work one-on-one with residents to help them understand their options, balance their medical needs and budgets, compare coverage and costs, and help ensure that enrollees receive the premium subsidies and cost-sharing reductions they may be income-qualified to receive.
