Lake County proposing $512 million budget
The Lake County Board will deliberate on the proposed $512.2 million fiscal year 2018 budget at meetings starting at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 24, and Wednesday, Oct. 25, at the county building, 18 N. County St., Waukegan. Board members will review the budget, ask questions, and may propose changes. The final budget will be adopted in November. The sessions are open to the public and will also be televised live on Comcast Cable, channel 18 or 30, depending on geography. AT&T Customers can view LCTV on channel 99. The hearings will be also be webcast and archived on www.lakecounty.tv.
