Aurora police seek woman in credit card theft

Aurora police are trying to identify a woman they say spent more than $500 with a stolen credit card at Jewel-Osco and later tried to use the card at a nearby gas station.

Authorities said the woman used the card June 7 at Jewel-Osco on North Eola Road. She was unsuccessful when she then tried to spend more at a BP gas station across the street, according to a post on the Aurora Police Department Facebook page Wednesday.
