Metea Valley kicking off theater season with “Jack and the Magic Beans”

Metea Valley High School is kicking off its theater season this weekend with "Jack and the Magic Beans."

Tickets are being sold for three performances. There will be a 5 p.m. show on Oct. 7 and 2 p.m. shows on Oct. 8 and 9.

Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for students. They can be purchased online at meteatheater.org or at the door until a half-hour before the show starts.

"Jack and the Magic Beans" is the first children's show to be performed in the high school's Black Box Theater. Twenty-two student performers and seven technicians will participate.
