REO Speedwagon launches RiverEdge season in Aurora July 1

RiverEdge Park in Aurora announced Friday morning a few firsts: The first concert of the 2021 summer season will hit the outdoor stage on Thursday, July 1, as REO Speedwagon plays its first post-pandemic show.

The legendary rock band behind fan favorites "Can't Fight This Feeling," "Time For Me To Fly," "Roll With The Changes," "Keep On Loving You" and many others will be joined by classic rockers Head East as they bring an explosive start to the RiverEdge season.

REO Speedwagon and Head East join a summer season of rock and tribute bands at the downtown Aurora venue (360 N. Broadway St.) that includes One of These Nights Friday, July 9; Tusk Friday, July 18; Stayin' Alive Friday, July 30; Poi Dog Pondering Saturday, Aug. 28; and more.
