Kizuki Chicago Japanese Matsuri: 3 to 8 p.m. Friday, Sept. 20; 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 21; and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 22, at NEWCITY Plaza, 1501 N. Halsted St., Chicago.
