Old Dominion, Chris Young, Cole Swindell on tap to head Windy City Smokeout lineup

Windy City Smokeout - one of Chicago's largest celebrations of country music, craft beer and barbecue - announced the lineup for the summer festival Monday while it's also settling into its new digs.

Platinum-selling artists Chris Young and Cole Swindell and 2018 CMA Vocal Group of the Year Old Dominion snagged headlining slots for the three-day festival.

The lineup also features the Eli Young Band, Lanco, Jordan Davis, Ashley McBryde, Jimmie Allen, Hannah Ellis, Parker McCollum and others rounding out the entertainment options.

The fest will be held July 12 to 14 in a new location - the parking lot of the United Center, 1901 W. Madison St., Chicago.

The menu includes barbecued and smoked treats from 20 top pitmasters from across the country, including Chicago's own Bub City, Lillie's Q and Smoque BBQ. The craft beer offerings feature brews from the area's own backyard ­- Downers Grove's Alter Brewing Co., and Burnt City Brewing, Goose Island Beer Co., Local Option Bierwerker, Moody Tongue Brewing Company and Pipeworks Brewing Co., all from Chicago - as well as across the country.

Tickets are on sale now; Friday and Sunday tickets start at $40; Saturday tickets start at $45; three-day passes start at $110. Discounted promotional pricing is available through 11:59 p.m. Friday, Feb. 15, using the promo code "live2019."

VIP packages are also available, offering extra amenities such as VIP seating, commemorative wristbands, private restrooms and more.
