A sweet and cool dessert made easier with a few shortcuts

If you have ever tried to juice Key limes you'll know it's not an easy task. They're very small and you'll need to juice quite a few of them to make a pie.

They also aren't available in every grocery store produce section. I have found some very good bottled key lime juices in grocery stores in the Chicago area and relay on those to make this pie.

As for the crust you could purchase a ready-made graham cracker crust however this homemade crust only calls for a few ingredients and the taste is worth the effort.

To make it easier, you can purchase a box of graham cracker crumbs or an easy way to make your own is to put a stack of graham crackers in a zip-style bag and use a rolling pin to make your own.
