China, India put U.S. on climate 'fool's errand'
There are not many days when either global warming or CO2 increases in the environment aren't mentioned in the news, either by the UN or the Washington herd. Let's clarify things first. The average temperature in about 1/3 of the days in 2022 were +1.5 C. higher than 125 years ago. Likewise, CO2 in the atmosphere has increased.by approximately. .008%. Now if we accept the fact that the measurements from 125 years ago were as accurate as today, then it might be true.
I find that questionable. A hundred twenty-five years ago, there were about 1.5 billion people on earth, today 8 billion.
The key Science 101 fact is, "the final state of all energy is heat." When more than four times more people are on earth, you get more heat. Then add cars, trucks, furnaces, air conditioning and plenty more, what would you expect?
The key is efficiency. Stop the hysteria. We cannot eliminate carbon-based fuels and honestly. the two largest-population countries are adding hundreds of coal-fired plants in India and China every year. The U.S. is on a "fool's errand" when everyone else that matters is doing the opposite.
