Letter: Who's really the extremist in governor's race?

In June 2019, Gov. Pritzker signed the Keeping Familes Together Act, which prohibits law enforcement from coordinating with Immigrants and Customs Enforcement (ICE), making Illinois a sanctuary state.

Gov. Pritzker signed the Safe-T-Act which prohibits money bail for aggravated batteries, robberies, burglaries, hate crimes, drug-induced homicides and other crimes.

Gov. Pritzker signed these bills:

• SB 818 requires sex ed in kindergarten to include teaching masturbation and LGBTQ definitions.

• HB 370 repealed Parental Notification of Abortion Law so that an underage girl can get an abortion without her parent's knowledge.

• SB 828 gives incarcerated felons voting rights.

• HB 3447 - felony reduction to misdemeanor for possession of pills or grams, including certain amounts of ecstasy, heroin, fentanyl, meth, morphine and cocaine.

• HB 3195 creates all-gender multiple occupancy public bathrooms.

And Darren Bailey is an extremist?
