Letter: Blocking unions is a campaign-fund strategy
I would like to add a little bit to Mr. Richard Barsanti's post that maybe a lot of people are not aware of.
He was stating how many big donors there are for Republican campaigns. Many, many, big companies and ultrarich individuals donate large amounts of money to different Republican campaigns. A big portion of money that is donated to Democratic campaigns comes from the different unions in the state. And that answers why the different Republican states are so anti-union.
It's easy to just look at why Amazon and Walmart (and others are so anti-union). If states choke out unions in their state, more money is donated to Republican campaigns than goes to Democratic campaigns.
