Letter: What about the missing text messages?

Where is the outrage over the missing text messages and other phone communications by Secret Service agents on Jan. 5, 2021, and the day after when the Capitol was stormed in hopes of preventing the certification of the election results?

No one from the Secret Service has held a news conference to explain this mess.

It has been reported that at least four written requests were sent to the Secret Service to preserve all communications, yet they were ignored and these communications were deleted. Hillary Clinton's run for the president was doomed, in part, by the FBI's investigations of her use of a private email server.

Numerous federal investigations and congressional hearings were held yielding no criminal changes.

I have not heard one Republican in either the House or Senate express concern about this matter. On one of the bleakest days in American history, with request to retain information, the Secret Service goes ahead and conducts routine server updates. Really?!
