Letter: Congress, not court, should determine abortion law

Interesting thought, Roe v. Wade was send/decided because of the many "different" state laws concerning abortion. Roe used the 14th Amendment to make the case a national issue. This court believes, that it should not be a national issue and claims that the 10th Amendment is to be used to send it back to the states. The claim is that, the court should not be making the decision for all the states. No problem, the Supreme Court could/should direct Congress to decide on Roe v. Wade or some version of it. It should be a straight up/down vote, with no filibuster involved.
