When will Congress stop the bleeding?
How do we stop the foxes (senators and representatives) that we let into the chicken coop from killing the chickens (the taxpayers) while they live very cozy on our tax dollars?
They are spending trillions of dollars so fast that the current federal debt equals 108% of the GDP. When President Biden's $3.5 trillion proposal passes, the debt will hit 114% of GNP, which will increase the interest payment on the debt to nearly 10% of the federal budget.
Where does it stop? Our children and grandchildren will be burdened with the results.
I wish we could vote all of them out and start with new conservative people, but that will never happen as they have the power and control the money.
