Who would close a food bank in a pandemic?

As local elections are coming upon us in 2021, an important reminder that just because these folks are not on cable news or tweeting day to day, these are the people in your neighborhood who really make a difference in our everyday lives.

I found it incredibly disheartening to find that a Dundee Township Republican who is seeking office set one of their top priorities as getting rid of a township food bank - during a global pandemic, no less.

It takes a special kind of person to have that on the top of their agenda.

I don't plan to vote for this individual. I have all I need to know.

Think global, act Local.
