Protecting the court

This is why I voted for Trump. Our congressional representatives have totally shirked their responsibilities. They pass laws that make no sense, with no backing by the American people through votes or referendum, then ask the courts to define their meaning, abdicating their own responsibility to uphold the Constitution. Mr Trump has published the names of those who he has said he would consider to nominate to our highest court and then followed through. The Democrats in the Senate have followed each justice nominee with smear campaigns and outright lies. I certainly do not remember similar treatments afforded to Ms. Kagan or Ms. Sotomayor. Mr. Biden, on the other hand, will not afford the American people with a similar list. Apparently has something very troubling to hide.
